At Thai Body Balance, your treatment will consist of a combination of direct pressure using my hands, elbows, and feet along with stretching movements if needed. 60 minute or 90 minute sessions are available by appointment only.

Also with each session, if you so desire, we offer aromatherapy, hot stones, hot towel, cupping, and now warm bamboo soothing therapy.  These add-ons are at no extra cost.

"Pain Killer"     (Thai Ashiatsu Deep Tissue Massage)

The most popular deep pressure modality in my practice ever! I combine my knowledge and experience in Thai Massage and Western Massage in this session which involves acupressure, deep and direct pressure to the target muscles, deep tissue massage, and passive-assisted yoga stretching. This session is performed on a firm mattress pad. I use my feet, knees, forearms, and palms to apply the proper pressure required.  This massage is extremely effective for clients who are experiencing body pain, especially in the back, neck, shoulders, or legs. Easily the most luxurious deep tissue massage you will ever have!

"Chillin' It"     (Swedish/Relaxation Massage)

For clients who seek to unwind and melt away stress, The "Chillin' It" Swedish Relaxation Massage is all about what you want to maximize the body’s loosening. I will facilitate a series of long gliding strokes and gentle pressure to promote a general sense of relaxation, balance, and well-being. So just chillin' it!

"Sticks and Stones"     (Hot Stone Massage)

Warm bamboo sticks are applied to provide a unique experience of pressure from gentle to deep. They are used in such a way to deeply knead muscle tension away, eliminate the knots, and break down scar tissue. Along with the bamboo sticks, heated basalt stones are used to penetrate your body's muscles at a deeper level to allow your body and soul to immediately relax and rejuvenate faster and have long-lasting results for a remarkably revitalizing experience.

"Head Over Boots"     (Total Body Experience)

This is the best of what I offer! Focuses on reflexology (foot massage).  Hot stone, warm bamboo, hot towel, aromatherapy, and cupping are all included if you desire, at no extra charge. This is a complete body from head to toes massage so you can be sure you'll leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
